Quick Start Guide

Get set up and make your first trade in six simple steps.

What You’ll Need

• Access to the email address registered with your account

• An authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy) for 2FA setup

• Funds available for deposit (crypto or fiat, depending on your setup)

1

Sign Up & Secure Your Account

You will receive an onboarding email from onboarding@aurra.ink. Follow the link in the email to access the trading platform.

Set your password — choose a strong, unique password for your account.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) — scan the QR code with your authenticator app and enter the verification code to confirm.

⚠ Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

2

Create a Deposit

Navigate to the Settlements page from the left-hand menu.

Click "Create" to open the New Transaction popup. The Deposit tab will be selected by default.

Select the Asset you wish to deposit from the dropdown (e.g. USD, USDC, BTC).

Enter the Amount you are depositing.

Optionally toggle "Fee paid by recipient" if applicable, and add a Comment for reference.

Press "Create and Continue", then perform the wire or blockchain transfer.

Once transferred, paste the TX ID or bank reference and press "Send Transaction".

3

Execute a Test Trade

Go to the Trading page from the left-hand menu.

Select an instrument (e.g. BTC-USD) from the asset selector. You will see the live order book with available liquidity.

In the order form, specify the side (Buy/Sell), size, and order type. Available order types:

• Market IOC — fills immediately at the best available price; unfilled remainder is cancelled.

• Market FOK — fills the entire order or cancels completely (no partial fills).

• Limit IOC / Limit FOK — same as above, but only at your specified price or better.

Double-click Buy or Sell to submit your order.

💡 Tip: Start with a small size for your first test trade to verify everything works correctly.

4

Review Your Positions

Navigate to the Positions page from the left-hand menu to see your open positions.

You will see a summary of your positions listed by asset. Two key columns to watch:

• Current Net — the current value of your open position in each asset, shown both in the asset's native amount and its USD equivalent.

• Planned Net — factors in any pending (uncommitted) settlement transactions, giving you a forward-looking view of your position.

The Global total row at the top shows the combined USD value across all your assets.

You can also see the Price ($) for each asset and any applicable Overnight fee.

Use the arrow icon next to an asset to initiate a settlement directly from this page.

5

Check Your Risk Management

Navigate to the Risk Management page under the Configuration section in the left-hand menu.

This page shows your trading limits and account health at a glance. Key fields:

• Gross Free — the remaining capacity you have available for opening new positions (shown in USD and as a percentage of your total limit).

• Your Equity — the net value of all your positions in USD. This represents your current balance resulting from trading activity.

• Limit by Aurra Inc — the gross trading limit set by Aurra Inc. This is the maximum open position you can hold.

• Margin Requirement — the minimum equity level you must maintain. If your equity falls below this threshold, you may need to deposit additional funds.

The status badge (e.g. "Normal") in the top-right corner indicates your overall account health.

6

Add Additional Users & Assign Roles

If you need to grant platform access to team members, go to Settings in the left-hand menu and select the user and roles section.

Enter the new user's name and email address, then assign the appropriate permissions.

The available roles are:

• View Mode — read-only access to all pages. This is always enabled by default for every user.

• Trading — allows the user to place orders and execute trades.

• Risk Management — allows the user to view and manage trading limits.

• Settlement Operations — allows the user to view open positions and manage the settlement process, including creating transactions, committing to incoming settlements, and making requests.

• API Keys — allows the user to generate and manage API keys for the account.

• User Management — allows the user to add, remove, and manage other users and their permissions.

Click "Create New User" to send them an invitation. They will receive an email to set up their password and 2FA, just like in Step 1.
